Poland says Russian missile passed through its airspace

A Russian missile passed through Polish airspace Friday, entering from and then back into Ukraine, the Polish army said, as Russia pummeled Ukraine with one of the biggest missile attacks of the war.

“Everything indicates that a Russian missile entered Polish airspace... It also left our airspace,” General Wieslaw Kukula, chief of the general staff of the Polish armed forces, told reporters.

Explosions occurred at Ukrainian critical infrastructure facilities, industrial and military facilities last night, Ukrainian armed forces commander Valery Zaluzhny announced on his Telegram channel, without providing any details.

Air raid alarms were declared over entire Ukraine during night and morning hours. Explosions were reported in Dnepr, Kiev, Lvov, Odessa, Kharkov, Kiev-controlled city of Zaporozhye, as well as in Khmelnitsky and Ternopol regions.

The Ukrainian Air Force admitted they have not seen so many airborne targets simultaneously for a long time.
