Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba has said that Europeans do not know how to fight wars and arms production is not their most popular topic.
"Europe does not know how to fight wars. Arms production is not the most popular business," he told the Kiev Independent newspaper. "Unfortunately, our friends have spent too much time discussing how and when to increase the production of weapons and ammunition," Kuleba pointed out.
The foreign minister added that the problem is not the quality of European weapons, but the inability to scale up the production of technological weapons. "It will not be enough if the situation does not change. And then Russia will be ahead of us," the top diplomat admitted.
