Ukraine may have received new missiles against drones from Britain - Reports

Britain could supply Ukraine with new Martlet missiles, used to combat unmanned aerial vehicles, according to the Times newspaper article.
"The fields around Kiev were already covered with ice, and he (Ukrainian military) had ten minutes to bring the new Martlet rockets into combat position," the article said. The number of missiles transferred to Kiev is not specified.

 The Martlet missile with laser guidance and a flight speed of Mach 1.5 is being developed by the French company Thales Air Defense for Great Britain. The multi-purpose guided missile is intended for use on helicopters, boats, land platforms, and also as part of portable anti-aircraft kits. The mass of the rocket is 13 kilograms, length – 1.3 meters, diameter – 76 mm.
