The NATO Secretary General called on the alliance countries to lift restrictions on Ukrainian strikes with Western weapons on targets on the internationally recognized territory of Russia.
At the same time, NATO is not going to send troops to Ukraine, Stoltenberg emphasized.
He also rejected the idea that alliance countries should shoot down Russian missiles over Ukraine using their air defense systems.
