The latest draft of the NATO summit declaration says the alliance will continue to support Ukraine “on its irreversible path to full Euro-Atlantic integration, including NATO membership,” a source in the alliance told Reuters on Wednesday.
The draft, which has not been agreed by the 32 allies yet, goes on to reaffirm that NATO will “be in a position to extend an invitation to Ukraine to join the alliance when allies agree and conditions are met,” according to the source.
