North Korea will put its army on full combat readiness on the border with South Korea

The North Korean authorities will bring their armed forces in the border areas with South Korea to full combat readiness, the DPRK Foreign Ministry announced.

According to the North Korean ministry, the DPRK is warning the neighboring country for the last time and demands to stop the flights of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) near its territory.

Earlier, Pyongyang accused the United States and South Korea of escalating tension in the region, announcing the closure of all roads leading to South Korean territory. Seoul has already expressed its dissatisfaction with this decision, since it leads to the final separation of the two Koreas.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un previously stated that his country would use any available weapons, including nuclear weapons, in the event of a threat to the sovereignty of the DPRK.
