A fresh Israeli missile attack targeted military sites near Damascus, the Syrian capital, early Thursday, according to the state-run TV.
The targets are yet to be known, but the attacks triggered Syria's air defenses, which were clearly heard in Damascus.
Two Syrian service members suffered wounds in an Israeli rocket attack in the vicinity of Damascus, the Syrian Arab News Agency reported, citing a Syrian military source.
Air defenses downed several rockets fired from the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
The attack, which targeted some facilities located not far from the Syrian capital, is reported to have caused damage.
