EU Foreign Policy Chief Condemns Terror Attack in Turkey’s Kayseri

EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini condemned the car bomb blast which hit Turkey's central city of Kayseri and expressed condolences in a phone call with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, the EU External Action press service said Saturday.
